If you purchase multiple items from multiple sellers in the same transaction, you should expect them to ship and arrive at different times even though you paid for combined shipping.
If you encounter a package from us that gets damaged in transit please let us know!
We do our best to have our Seller partners ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. We also provide tracking via email once your package ships.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS which both offer damage protection and insurance, so don't accept damaged games!
